Signs you need 24/7 car roadside assistance
The engine will not crank, or you hear rapid clicking when you turn the key.
The fuel gauge hit empty and the engine cut out before the next station.
A warning light came on, power dropped and you had to pull over.
The keys are locked inside the car or the remote has stopped responding.
What 24/7 car roadside assistance covers
Battery test, jump start or replacement on site
Fuel delivered when the tank runs dry
Spare wheel fitted or tyre inflated
Lockout help coordinated with a specialist
Tow or recovery truck when the car cannot move
Arrival estimate confirmed before dispatch
How it works, step by step
Get safe first
Pull onto the shoulder or into a side road if the car still rolls, put the hazard lights on and wait away from moving traffic, behind the barrier where there is one.
One call or message
Call or WhatsApp your live location, the car make and model, and what happened in a sentence or two. We ask a few questions to work out the likely cause.
Right help dispatched
Depending on the answers we send a battery technician, fuel, tyre help or a truck, and confirm the arrival estimate and what the visit involves before anyone sets off.
Fixed or moved
Battery, fuel and tyre problems are normally dealt with on the spot. A fault that cannot be fixed at the roadside means the car is taken to your home or a workshop you choose.
What Gulf conditions change
Breaking down in a UAE summer is harder on the people than on the car. A cabin without air conditioning heats up fast, and standing beside a highway is risky. Keep drinking water in the car from May to September, and if the temperature gauge climbs, stop and switch off. Never open a hot radiator cap.
What customers say on Google
Rated 4.9 from 12,480 Google reviews across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Layla H.Dubai Marina · Nissan PatrolCar was dead on P2 of my building at 1 am. I sent the tower name and parking level, they told me which battery the Patrol takes and when the technician would get there. He tested it first, showed me the reading, then fitted the new one.
Rahul M.Jumeirah Lakes Towers · Toyota CamryI was sure I needed a new battery. The technician jump-started the car, tested the battery and the alternator and said the battery was still fine, I had just left the lights on. Did not try to sell me anything.
Mei L.Business Bay · BMW X3They asked for the model year before coming and told me the X3 needs an AGM battery and registration. Both were done in the basement of my office. Paid with Tabby.
Kwame A.Al Nahda, Sharjah · Kia SportageTook a bit longer than the first estimate because of traffic on Al Ittihad Road, but they called to say so. Battery was changed in the sandy lot behind my building and the old one was taken away.
Omar K.Mirdif · Lexus ESFriday morning, public holiday, and someone answered on the second ring. Battery was fitted outside my villa before the family was ready to leave. Warranty is written on the invoice.
Noura S.Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi · Mercedes-Benz GLEThe dash was showing an auxiliary battery message. They explained on WhatsApp what it meant before sending anyone, which saved me a trip to the dealer.
24/7 Car Roadside Assistance: questions
Do I need a membership to call for roadside assistance?
No. There is no subscription or annual plan. You call or message when you need help, we tell you what the visit involves and the charge, and you pay for that job only. Payment is by cash, card, Tabby or Tamara once the work is done.
Which areas do you cover?
The service runs across Dubai, including the main highways and residential communities, and also reaches Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Remote stretches and late-night calls can take longer to reach. Share your live location and we confirm whether we can attend and the arrival estimate before dispatch.
What if I do not know what is wrong with the car?
That is normal. Describe what happened: what you heard, which lights are on, whether the engine turns over. Rapid clicking usually points to the battery, while an engine that died while driving suggests the alternator or fuel. If it is unclear, we send a technician who can test, with a tow as backup.
How is roadside assistance charged?
The charge depends on the type of help, your location and the time of the call. A jump start, a fuel drop and a tow are different jobs. You are told the charge for your situation before dispatch. If a new battery is fitted, delivery and fitting are included with the battery.
