Yes, in accessible underground parking. Send the building name, parking level, bay number and any security or vehicle-access restrictions, such as a height limit or visitor registration. With those details the technician can reach the car without being held up at the gate.

Yes. Tell us the mall, the parking zone or colour, the level and the nearest entrance or pillar number. Stay near the car or reachable by phone, because the technician needs you to unlock it and may need help finding it among the rows.

Someone with the key needs to be there. The technician has to open the bonnet or boot, start the car after fitting and show the test readings. If you cannot be present yourself, tell us in advance who will hand over the key.

Yes, where it is safe to stop and work. Switch on the hazard lights, stay clear of traffic and share your pin with the direction you were travelling. If the position is unsafe for work at the car, towing it to a safer spot may be the better first step.
