How it works, step by step
Report the situation
Call or WhatsApp your live location and say what happened: accident, breakdown, stuck in sand or basement. Send photos of the car and the access so the right truck is chosen.
Truck assigned
We match the truck to the job, for example a flatbed for all-wheel-drive or low cars, and confirm the arrival estimate and destination before the driver leaves.
Winch and load
The operator secures the scene, attaches to the car's recovery points and winches it out or onto the bed. Wheel skates are used if the wheels will not turn.
Delivery and handover
The car is strapped down, carried to the workshop or address you name and unloaded. You or your contact confirm its condition on arrival before the driver leaves.
Signs you need car recovery
The car has been in a collision and a wheel, the steering or radiator is damaged.
The engine or gearbox failed on a highway and the car cannot move itself.
The wheels have dug into soft sand and spinning them only sinks the car deeper.
The car is dead in a basement with the parking brake or gearbox locked.
What car recovery covers
Flatbed or wheel-lift truck matched to the car
Winching out of sand, ditches or ramps
Loading of cars with locked or damaged wheels
Low-clearance and all-wheel-drive cars carried flat
Delivery to a workshop, home or yard
Photos of the car before loading
What Gulf conditions change
After a collision in the UAE you need a police report before a garage will repair the damage, so sort that out at the scene or through the police app while the truck is on its way. In soft sand, stop spinning the wheels early. Basement recoveries depend on ceiling height, so send a photo of the entrance.
What customers say on Google

Layla H.Dubai Marina · Nissan PatrolCar was dead on P2 of my building at 1 am. I sent the tower name and parking level, they told me which battery the Patrol takes and when the technician would get there. He tested it first, showed me the reading, then fitted the new one.
Rahul M.Jumeirah Lakes Towers · Toyota CamryI was sure I needed a new battery. The technician jump-started the car, tested the battery and the alternator and said the battery was still fine, I had just left the lights on. Did not try to sell me anything.
Mei L.Business Bay · BMW X3They asked for the model year before coming and told me the X3 needs an AGM battery and registration. Both were done in the basement of my office. Paid with Tabby.
Kwame A.Al Nahda, Sharjah · Kia SportageTook a bit longer than the first estimate because of traffic on Al Ittihad Road, but they called to say so. Battery was changed in the sandy lot behind my building and the old one was taken away.
Omar K.Mirdif · Lexus ESFriday morning, public holiday, and someone answered on the second ring. Battery was fitted outside my villa before the family was ready to leave. Warranty is written on the invoice.
Noura S.Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi · Mercedes-Benz GLEThe dash was showing an auxiliary battery message. They explained on WhatsApp what it meant before sending anyone, which saved me a trip to the dealer.
Car Recovery: questions
What is the difference between car recovery and towing?
Towing moves a car that rolls freely from one address to another, such as home to a workshop. Recovery deals with a car that is damaged, stuck or in a difficult place, and involves winching, wheel skates or careful loading before any transport starts. Tell us the situation and we send the right truck.
Can you recover a car from a basement car park?
Usually, yes. Full-size flatbeds often do not fit under basement ceilings, so the car is winched or moved on skates to the ramp or street level and loaded there, or a lower truck is used. Send the height limit sign and a photo of the entrance when you call.
My car is stuck in the desert. What should I do?
Stop accelerating as soon as the wheels start to dig in. Share your exact location pin, since desert tracks have no addresses, and describe the sand and how far you are from the road. Stay with the car, keep water with you, and we arrange a recovery vehicle that can reach you.
What does car recovery cost depend on?
It depends on where the car is, how hard it is to reach and load, the distance to the destination and the time of day. A winch-out from sand differs from a highway breakdown. We give a quote from your description and photos before the truck is sent.
