X55 door handles need voltage
The X55 has flush pop-out door handles and large screens that depend on stable voltage. A weak battery can show up first as handles that hesitate or a screen that reboots during start-up.
BJ40 and added equipment
BJ40 owners often fit winches, extra lights and audio. Wired directly to the battery, these can leave a standby drain. We measure it during the visit so a new battery does not go flat for the same reason.

Which battery does a BAIC X35 take?
A BAIC X35 typically takes a maintenance-free flooded or EFB or AGM battery, in the range DIN 70 – DIN 100 / 80D26 – 105D31. Most X35 cars take a maintenance-free battery. Versions with auto start-stop need EFB or AGM instead. If your engine switches off at traffic lights, tell us and we bring the right type.
Can you replace a X35 battery where it is parked?

Does the X35 need battery registration?
No. The X35 does not need the new battery registered with a diagnostic tool. Some settings such as the clock or one-touch windows may need resetting, which the technician does before leaving.
How long does a X35 battery last in the UAE?
About two years is typical here, against three to five in cooler climates. Heat ages the battery whether the car is driven or not, and short trips with the AC on full never quite recharge it. A test before summer shows how much life is left.
