Which battery does a Suzuki Xbee take?
A Suzuki Xbee typically takes a maintenance-free flooded or EFB or AGM battery, in the range 80D26 – 105D31 (70–90 Ah). Most Xbee cars take a maintenance-free battery. Versions with auto start-stop need EFB or AGM instead. If your engine switches off at traffic lights, tell us and we bring the right type.
Can you replace a Xbee battery where it is parked?
Yes. We come to homes, offices, basement and mall parking and the roadside across our Dubai coverage. Send the building name, parking level and any security rules so the technician can reach the car.
Does the Xbee need battery registration?
No. The Xbee does not need the new battery registered with a diagnostic tool. Some settings such as the clock or one-touch windows may need resetting, which the technician does before leaving.
How long does a Xbee battery last in the UAE?
About two years is typical here, against three to five in cooler climates. Heat ages the battery whether the car is driven or not, and short trips with the AC on full never quite recharge it. A test before summer shows how much life is left.
My Jimny sat for two weeks and is dead. Is the battery finished?
Probably not, if it was healthy before. A small battery loses charge quickly in heat, faster still with accessories wired in. We jump-start it and run a test. If it recovers and holds a load it stays in the car. Driving it weekly, or disconnecting add-ons, prevents a repeat.
