Size standard
Most Chinese-built cars use DIN cases. Recent turbo models with start-stop need EFB or AGM, and plug-in or electric versions carry a small 12V auxiliary battery of their own type.

Which battery does a Yema T60 take?
A Yema T60 typically takes a maintenance-free flooded or EFB or AGM battery, in the range DIN 70 – DIN 100 (L3–L5). Most T60 cars take a maintenance-free battery. Versions with auto start-stop need EFB or AGM instead. If your engine switches off at traffic lights, tell us and we bring the right type.
Can you replace a T60 battery where it is parked?
Yes. We come to homes, offices, basement and mall parking and the roadside across our Dubai coverage. Send the building name, parking level and any security rules so the technician can reach the car.
Does the T60 need battery registration?
No. The T60 does not need the new battery registered with a diagnostic tool. Some settings such as the clock or one-touch windows may need resetting, which the technician does before leaving.
How long does a T60 battery last in the UAE?
About two years is typical here, against three to five in cooler climates. Heat ages the battery whether the car is driven or not, and short trips with the AC on full never quite recharge it. A test before summer shows how much life is left.
Can you jump-start a Yema instead of replacing the battery?
If the battery still holds charge, yes. The technician tests it first, starts the car, then checks that the alternator is charging. If the battery fails the test we explain why before fitting anything.
