In Al Juraina the car is usually on a driveway or in a covered carport, so access is simple once we are through the community gate. A technician tests the battery at your villa and replaces it there if it has reached the end, day or night, anywhere in Sharjah.
The pin is Al Juraina. Send your own pin on WhatsApp so the technician comes straight to the car.
A car that will not start does not always need a new battery. The technician tests first, then does the smallest job that gets you moving.
When it fits: The battery fails the test, will not hold charge, or is swollen or leaking.
When it fits: Lights were left on or the car sat for days, and the battery is otherwise healthy.
When it fits: Slow cranking, a warning light, or a battery that keeps going flat.

Car was dead on P2 of my building at 1 am. I sent the tower name and parking level, they told me which battery the Patrol takes and when the technician would get there. He tested it first, showed me the reading, then fitted the new one.
I was sure I needed a new battery. The technician jump-started the car, tested the battery and the alternator and said the battery was still fine, I had just left the lights on. Did not try to sell me anything.
They asked for the model year before coming and told me the X3 needs an AGM battery and registration. Both were done in the basement of my office. Paid with Tabby.
Took a bit longer than the first estimate because of traffic on Al Ittihad Road, but they called to say so. Battery was changed in the sandy lot behind my building and the old one was taken away.
Friday morning, public holiday, and someone answered on the second ring. Battery was fitted outside my villa before the family was ready to leave. Warranty is written on the invoice.
The dash was showing an auxiliary battery message. They explained on WhatsApp what it meant before sending anyone, which saved me a trip to the dealer.
Gated communities want the villa number and sometimes a visitor code. Send both with your location pin so the technician is not held at the gate.
The car that only does the weekend run is the one that goes flat. Ask for a test on both cars while the technician is there.
A carport shades the paint but not the engine bay. Batteries parked outdoors here age faster than ones kept in a basement.

Streets in Al Juraina are wide villa roads and gated communities, so the car is normally in a garage or driveway. Send the villa number and street number, or the community gate and cluster name, and let the guard know a technician is expected.
All of it that a service vehicle can reach, including the streets and car parks around Matajer Al Juraina and University City. If you are unsure whether we can get to your bay, send the building name and we check.
Yes, where it is safe to work. Switch on your hazard lights, move behind the barrier and send a live location. If the spot is not safe for a battery swap, we tell you and help arrange a tow to the nearest safe place.
At the car, once the work is done: cash, card, Tabby or Tamara. Delivery and fitting are free with the battery, and the warranty of up to 24 months is written on the invoice.
