Can you replace a E-Type battery where it is parked?

Does the E-Type need battery registration?
On most model years, yes. The car tracks the age and type of its battery, so the new one has to be registered or it keeps charging as if the old battery were still fitted. We confirm before dispatch whether registration is included for your E-Type.
How long does a E-Type battery last in the UAE?
About two years is typical here, against three to five in cooler climates. Heat ages the battery whether the car is driven or not, and short trips with the AC on full never quite recharge it. A test before summer shows how much life is left.
