Most cars in Arjan sit in basement or podium parking, which is exactly where a flat battery is hardest to deal with. We come down to the bay, test the battery and replace it there, at any hour, across Dubai.

Car was dead on P2 of my building at 1 am. I sent the tower name and parking level, they told me which battery the Patrol takes and when the technician would get there. He tested it first, showed me the reading, then fitted the new one.
I was sure I needed a new battery. The technician jump-started the car, tested the battery and the alternator and said the battery was still fine, I had just left the lights on. Did not try to sell me anything.
They asked for the model year before coming and told me the X3 needs an AGM battery and registration. Both were done in the basement of my office. Paid with Tabby.
Took a bit longer than the first estimate because of traffic on Al Ittihad Road, but they called to say so. Battery was changed in the sandy lot behind my building and the old one was taken away.
Friday morning, public holiday, and someone answered on the second ring. Battery was fitted outside my villa before the family was ready to leave. Warranty is written on the invoice.
The dash was showing an auxiliary battery message. They explained on WhatsApp what it meant before sending anyone, which saved me a trip to the dealer.
The pin is Arjan. Send your own pin on WhatsApp so the technician comes straight to the car.
A car that will not start does not always need a new battery. The technician tests first, then does the smallest job that gets you moving.
When it fits: The battery fails the test, will not hold charge, or is swollen or leaking.
When it fits: Lights were left on or the car sat for days, and the battery is otherwise healthy.
When it fits: Slow cranking, a warning light, or a battery that keeps going flat.
Most towers log visitors at the gate. A quick call to the front desk with our technician’s details saves ten minutes at the barrier.
Service vans do not fit every ramp. Where the clearance is low the technician parks outside and brings the battery and tools down on a trolley.
Send the tower name, parking level and bay number before you go down, then wait at the lift lobby where your phone still works.
Yes. Our technicians cover Arjan around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. Send your location pin and car details so we can confirm a suitable battery and the estimated arrival time before dispatch.
Mid-rise apartment buildings in Arjan nearly all have one or two basement levels. Share the building name, basement level and bay number, and the developer name if two buildings sound alike. Garden visitors should send the car park section instead.
All of it that a service vehicle can reach, including the streets and car parks around Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden. If you are unsure whether we can get to your bay, send the building name and we check.
Yes, where it is safe to work. Switch on your hazard lights, move behind the barrier and send a live location. If the spot is not safe for a battery swap, we tell you and help arrange a tow to the nearest safe place.
At the car, once the work is done: cash, card, Tabby or Tamara. Delivery and fitting are free with the battery, and the warranty of up to 24 months is written on the invoice.
