Cars in Madinat Jumeirah spend the working day in multi-storey and basement car parks, and that is where they refuse to start at six in the evening. We come to the bay, test the battery and replace it before you would have reached a garage, at any hour across Dubai.
The pin is Madinat Jumeirah. Send your own pin on WhatsApp so the technician comes straight to the car.
A car that will not start does not always need a new battery. The technician tests first, then does the smallest job that gets you moving.
When it fits: The battery fails the test, will not hold charge, or is swollen or leaking.
When it fits: Lights were left on or the car sat for days, and the battery is otherwise healthy.
When it fits: Slow cranking, a warning light, or a battery that keeps going flat.

Car was dead on P2 of my building at 1 am. I sent the tower name and parking level, they told me which battery the Patrol takes and when the technician would get there. He tested it first, showed me the reading, then fitted the new one.
I was sure I needed a new battery. The technician jump-started the car, tested the battery and the alternator and said the battery was still fine, I had just left the lights on. Did not try to sell me anything.
They asked for the model year before coming and told me the X3 needs an AGM battery and registration. Both were done in the basement of my office. Paid with Tabby.
Took a bit longer than the first estimate because of traffic on Al Ittihad Road, but they called to say so. Battery was changed in the sandy lot behind my building and the old one was taken away.
Friday morning, public holiday, and someone answered on the second ring. Battery was fitted outside my villa before the family was ready to leave. Warranty is written on the invoice.
The dash was showing an auxiliary battery message. They explained on WhatsApp what it meant before sending anyone, which saved me a trip to the dealer.
Office and mall car parks are huge. The zone colour or pillar number painted near your bay is the detail that saves the most time.
If your building validates visitor parking, let us know. Otherwise the technician uses the nearest public bays and walks in.
Some car parks lock shutters at night. Check with building security that the level stays open while you wait.

Cars here are in the souk car park, hotel valet areas or residential basements. At Madinat Jumeirah, tell us which one, with the level and pillar number. If the valet holds the key, ask the desk to bring the car to an open bay.
All of it that a service vehicle can reach, including the streets and car parks around Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Al Qasr, Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah Living. If you are unsure whether we can get to your bay, send the building name and we check.
Yes, where it is safe to work. Switch on your hazard lights, move behind the barrier and send a live location. If the spot is not safe for a battery swap, we tell you and help arrange a tow to the nearest safe place.
At the car, once the work is done: cash, card, Tabby or Tamara. Delivery and fitting are free with the battery, and the warranty of up to 24 months is written on the invoice.
